Two 2-weeks paid projects - German-speaking

This is a remote opportunity.

Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim to improve the communication between talent and employers. We are now looking for a team of organized, team-oriented project employees with a native level of German who are interested in taking part in two 2-weeks paid research projects, for the periods between September 22nd - October 3rd 2025 for the first project, and October 13th - October 24th 2025 for the second project.

PLEASE NOTE: We welcome applicants for both projects, as well as for either of the two projects. Please make sure to state in your application which project you are applying for, unless you are applying for both projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

These projects are part of our annual Field Period for the Potentialpark Study about career websites, applying online and the communication between employers and job seekers on social media and professional platforms.

You will be part of an exciting team experience, working together as part of an international team. Together, we will evaluate hundreds of companies’ career channels and gain valuable insights into online recruitment and employer branding. On top of that, you will get the chance to learn more about our company and get to know us better. Who knows, this might be the start of a brand new career!

WHO YOU ARE

To succeed in this role, you:

• Are organized and able to track tasks
• Have an eye for detail
• Are able to perform at a fast pace and under tight deadlines
• Are curious and have the ability to learn new things quickly
• Are full of energy

We expect you to:

• Be enrolled at university or have a university degree; minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Have a native level of spoken and written German
• Be able to attend the training sessions and work full-time throughout the projects

PRACTICALITIES

Project 1:

2 mandatory training sessions of 3 hours each  (September 17th, September 19th @ 15:00-18:00) and a homework assignment (8 hours)

1st week: 22 - 26 September 2025: 40 hours (regular office hours)

2nd week: 29 September - 3 October 2025: 40 hours (regular office hours)

Salary for project 1 alone: 11 000 SEK gross
 

Project 2:

3 mandatory training sessions of 3 hours each  (October 3rd, October 8th, and October 10th @ 15:00-18:00) and a homework assignment (8 hours)*

*Only the second and third training sessions and the homework assignment are mandatory for successful candidates who apply for both projects.

1st week: 13 - 17 October 2025: 40 hours (regular office hours)

2nd week: 20 - 24 October 2025: 40 hours (regular office hours)

Salary for project 2 alone: 11 000 SEK gross

Total salary for both projects: 22 000 SEK gross
