Potentialpark aims to bridge the gap in communication by bringing together talent, employers, and academic institutions worldwide.

A successful candidate will have the following: 

  • A university degree in business or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships or/and event planning 
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in marketing processes
  • Experience working with multiple teams across an organization, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope. 
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Fluent in English - more languages is a plus 
  • Swedish is NOT required for this position

The following skills are a plus to be successful in this role:

  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Experience in managing and growing a team
