WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Account Manager for the US market, you will:

  • Find new business opportunities as well as manage existing client relations
  • Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships  with employers, industry peers, universities and media partners
  • Drive sales, research, analysis and marketing activities and events
  • Create insights and prepare proposals and client delivery presentations  
  • Build Potentialpark’s brand as well as your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as an account manager, expert, marketer, and speaker 
  • Cooperate with other Account Managers and Markets to build, develop, and coordinate our operations and knowledge creation
  • Bring the knowledge and change of the US market to Potentialpark’s team in Stockholm to exchange and build upon the trends in our other markets

We expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Solid knowledge in the talent communication, employer branding, and recruitment marketing space in the US with top industry contacts within these fields
  • In-depth social media knowledge and understanding of the latest trends for talent in the US 
  • Excellent project management skills, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders 
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience with proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience planning, facilitating, and hosting events in person, hybrid, and online
  • A relevant university degree; minimum Bachelor’s degree from the US preferably also an US High School diploma
  • US citizenship as frequent US travel is expected
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Technical skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Power BI, CRM systems, Zoom and other virtual meeting tools, Canva
  • Relevant experience for the above mentioned position
