As Key Account Manager for the DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) market, you will:

- Find new business opportunities as well as managing existing client relations

- Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone, live meetings and delivery workshops

- Drive various sales, marketing and research activities and events

- Create insights and prepare client presentations and proposals

- Build your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as an account manager, speaker and marketer

- A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments

- Confident with strong, proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities

- A great relationship builder with excellent communication skills

We expect you to have:

- A university degree; minimum Bachelor’s degree

- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales and account management

- Native level of spoken and written German and fluent in English


- Full-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden or Berlin, Germany

- Start date: Flexible
