Research & Product Management at Potentialpark

At Potentialpark, a Product Manager does more than just own a product and prioritize backlog. In this role, you support our vision by doing research and discovering new ideas that can influence the world of recruiting and Talent Communication; and by that help millions of job seekers to find the work and place where they belong.

Our products are based on quantitative and qualitative studies, as well as UX testing. As part of our research team you will be engaged with all products as well as new ideas. When we have something we believe in, we build it - and that can go fast.

 

What you’ll do

- Take over production of reports including the implementation of online questionnaires, data preparation in Excel, data analysis and report writing

- Ensure that quality of the product and the deadlines are met

- Coordinate a small team, which works on the production of specific reports

- Support Key Account Managers in new offers, deliveries and client relations

- Drive Product development according to client value for all markets

- Manage and develop new products in the area of UX testing

 

You

Have excellent project management skills

-  Navigate easily between various stakeholders at various levels

- Communicate comfortably in complex projects; Good communication doesn’t always happen naturally; you have a process for it

-  Are technically savvy and know how to work with an agile development team

- Give and receive feedback comfortably

- Thrive in a highly international environment with colleagues and clients from all over the world

- Fearlessly try new things and get things done


 

What we expect

- A university degree; minimum Bachelor’s

- 2-5 years of proven work experience within project management or product development, preferably in a digital environment

- Experience in market research and/or data analysis

- Professional English in both writing and speaking

- Additional skills in German and/or French is a big advantage

 

Practicalities and how to apply

- Full-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden. Not possible to work remotely.

- Starting date: Beginning of 2018
