Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim to improve the communication between talent and employers. Since the start, Germany has been one of our key markets and our clients include Allianz, Fresenius, thyssenkrupp, KPMG, Puma and many more.


We offer:

- A paid full-time internship for 6 months in an international, growing organization, with the possibility of promotion into the Sales team as Key Account Manager for DACH

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone with top universities in the DACH area with the aim of promoting our global annual survey, and of helping students and graduates find their best matched careers opportunities and employers

- Find new business opportunities as well as managing existing client relations to promote our solutions and services

- Content creation and marketing: You will develop content to attract traffic through emails, newsletters, social media, blogs, etc.

- Event management: You will support the organization of client events




To succeed in this role, you are:

- Sales-driven and target-focused with a willingness to consistently go above and beyond to achieve results

- A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments

- Confident with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities

- A great relationship builder with strong communication skills

- Interested in our areas of expertise


We expect you to have:

- A university degree; minimum Bachelor’s degree

- Native level of spoken and written German and English

- Proven experience in sales and account management and/or digital media buying is a plus



- 6 months full-time paid internship position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden. Not possible to work remotely.

- Starting date: August 22nd, 2017
